Jiangxi Nanchang Farmers' Professional Co-operatives Operation Mechanism Research

Farmers' professional cooperatives as a kind of new cooperative economic organizations, in raising farmers' organizational level, promoting the farmers' income, develop modern agriculture and constructing socialism new countryside has played a positive role in the pro-cess, show strong vitality and broad applicability. In this paper, using literature data method, interview method, system method,comparison research method, through to the jiangxi nanchang three typical problems occurred in development of farmers' professional cooperatives and the operating mechanism analysis, the following conclusions: 1. Nanchang of jiangxi province farmer professional cooperatives, although started late,but develops rapidly; 2. Nanchang of jiangxi province in the operation of the farmers' professional co-operatives is the lack of market consciousness, cooperative operation mechanism is not perfect,members of the quality is low, the management talented person, lack of innovation, shortage of funds,the financing channels, the less relevant departments lack of control, risk safeguard mechanism lacks the problem such as; 3. Should from the canonical operation mechanism, and improve the mechanism of risk exposures, optimize the external environment, professional talent training mechanism, perfect the benefit sharing mechanism and so on refactoring operation mechanism of farmers' professional co-operatives.Paper is divided into six chapters altogether.The first chapter is introduction. First points out that the selected topic background and significance,then summarized the related basic theory of farmers cooperative, finally is introduced in this paper, the research contents and research methods.The second chapter research at home and abroad were reviewed. Mainly elaborated domestic and foreign research on farmers' professional co-operatives operation mechanism.The third chapter Jiangxi nanchang farmer cooperatives development present situation analysis. At first this paper introduces the basic situation of nanchang in jiangxi province farmers' professional co-operatives, and further study of its internal operating mechanism; Finally analyzes the problems existing in the cooperatives.The fourth chapter Nanchang city in jiangxi province farmers' professional co-operatives typical case analysis. Through the analysis of several typical cooperative nanchang, reveal its successful experience and existing problems.The fifth chapter Jiangxi nanchang farmer cooperatives internal operational mechanism building. In order to ensure that the cooperative mechanism would be able to run, from several aspects put forward the measures of building internal operation mechanism.Chapter 6 conclusion and prospect. Discussed in this paper, the main research conclusion and prospect, and points out that needs to be perfected and improved.
