The product provided by an engineering project management company is management technical services.The largest investment is human resources, where talents are the most critical key factors for the enterprise to keep its core competitiveness. Especially with the promulgation of the Guidance on Large Construction Supervising Enterprises Develop Project Management Enterprises by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC on November 12,2008, project supervision enterprises began to explore ways to transform to the project management enterprise, which attract project management professionals through methods like high-paying jobs and high positions. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the management of remuneration design and optimization in order to improve enterprise human resources management level and to promote the realization of the enterprise development strategy.This thesis mainly studies optimization and motivation of the remuneration program in enterprise human resources management. Remuneration management is the top priority in human resources management work, is the most sensitive topic in talent management, is also one of the most effective incentive lever for a company to attract, retain and motivate its staff. This thesis is divided into five parts altogether. The first part, the paper elaborates the background, objective, significance, ideas and methods of the research. The second part, briefly describes the concept and significance of salary management, the main salary management theory, salary management theory research development trend, and Jilin Mengxi in the project salary management research. The third part, describes the basic situation of Jilin Mengxi Company and the company's Shenhua Ningmei project profile, project management mode, project organization and assignment of responsibility, etc.. introduces remuneration program implemented at Shenhua Ningmei project, covering position salary distribution system, performance bonus, allowance subsidies and basic welfare system for employees, etc, at the same time, internal employee remuneration satisfaction survey are briefly analyzed and the problems existing in the remuneration management and. The fourth part, regarding the main causes of the problems, using the method and tool of remuneration management theory, five aspects of improvement measures are put forward:Linking total remuneration amount ceiling to the project profit, streamlining organization to set equal pay for the same positions, scientifically adjusting remuneration distribution mode, combining the staff performance appraisal and remuneration, strengthening the design for employee career development. It is recommended to adjust project allowance subsidies, complement other welfare systems. And corresponding guarantee measures are put forward for the implementation of remuneration management optimization program. Finally, this paper makes a summary and outlook in the future.It is expected, through the research of remuneration management of Shenhua Ningmei project, to explore ways to establish a set of remuneration system profit- oriented, equal pay for the same positions, strengthening the appraisal and considering fairness in order to widely apply on other projects in the company. Thereafter, a remuneration mechanism is really established, which adapts to enterprise development strategy and presents industry competitiveness to provide strong remuneration guarantee mechanism for the company to become national first-class engineering project management company.
