The Performance Evaluation System Optimization Of Neusoft HC Auto Electronics Project

In recent years,there are lots of progress in software development techniques and tools,but the performance evaluation of software developer mainly lies in personal development and personal knowledge to the enterprise knowledge accumulation,which have been away from the performance evaluation purpose,the reason is the background of the rise of software companies.At the beginning,the Software companies,which is positioned as a high-tech enterprise,has a bottleneck of business development,that is staff quality and staff development;Moreover,due to the conversion process of software industry is thinking,most of core competence of software products in the enterprise lies in the wisdom of the developers,it is difficult to change to the accumulation of knowledge for the enterprise.At this point,the enterprise staff cohesion will directly determine the success of the project and the business.It is in this context,there is the congenital defects in the guiding principles in performance evaluation system of the research and development company from the beginning.With the progress from job to industry of the software industry,the performance evaluation system,which is the important part of management-return to what it originally is has become the consensus of software industry executives and practitioners.This paper first describes the exsited performance evaluation system in Neusoft HC Auto-electronic software project,and then analysis deeply the exists problem,base on the project situation,design and optimaize the performance KPI,evaluation method and indicators weight for managers,developers and testers to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,improve work ethic,drive the company's incentive mechanism perfected,supporting long-term,stable and rapid development of the company.
