With the advance of China's economic reform process,market competition is increasingly fierce.The main competition in the market is the competition among business professionals,and it's crucial for the development of the enterprises to keep talents.The design of the compensation management system is the core for enterprises to attract and retain talents.After decades of growth,China's small and medium-sized enterprises' scale expand constantly,at the same time,compensation management problems are highlighted.Like many small and medium-sized enterprises in China,XF bearing company's compensation system has the problem of lack of fairness and competitiveness,which hindered the further development of enterprise.This paper take XF bearing company as a typical case of small and medium-sized enterprises,trying to design a set of compensation system that accord with the actual situation of China's small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper take XF bearing company as the example,by the methods of literature and investigation,on the basis of the theory of compensation management,analyzes the problems existing in the XF bearing the company's compensation system and analyzes the reasons.Designed a more scientific and perfect the compensation system in view of the enterprise development stage and characteristics.This paper expounds the compensation management theory firstly,then introduces the general situation of the XF bearing company,analyzes XF bearing the company's compensation system,and redesigns the compensation system with the purpose of raise the level of XF bearing company's compensation management.Based on the job analysis of the XF bearing company,using the method of factor-rating method,this paper evaluate the value of all position in the company,and determine the basic salary of all positions combined with the external market research and enterprise development strategy.In addition,this paper analyzes the properties all position and divides them into four types of post grades,introduces the floating salary system and design the corresponding four types of compensation system.Formed the incentive compensation structure combined with basic compensation and variable pay.According to the redesign of the compensation system,the fairness,incentive and competitiveness of XF bearing company is significantly improved.In addition to the smooth implementation of the new compensation system,the author also provides a series of implementation measures.The results of this study is operational,and redesign of the compensation system has a high value of practical application.We hope the application of the compensation system may help XF bearing company in recruiting talents and improving the benefit.In addition,the results of this study is also hope to provide reference for the compensation system design of many small and medium enterprises,and realize a win-win situation for enterprises and employees...
