Thermoelectric enterprises, as the key part of cogeneration and energy-saving and cost-reducing, has obviously lag energy efficiency behind that of developed countries,especially in power generation, power supply and power consumption of terminal. Given the lower energy efficiency, prominent contradiction between energy supply and demand, huge gap of main energy consumption index compared with world advanced level and backward power-generated equipment design and manufacturing technology level,thermoelectric enterprises show great potential for saving energy and reducing consumption.The overall goals of this paper are to further discuss total factor energy efficiency in thermoelectric industry and key energy-consuming process of thermoelectric enterprises,identify priority controlled energy factors and energy-consuming equipment, indicate energy saving direction and potential of various devices and then implement dynamic monitoring of energy efficiency management system. Specifically, firstly, from the point of thermoelectric industry, this paper conducts static and dynamic analysis on total factor of energy efficiency decomposition by slack-based measure directional distance function and Luenberger productivity indicator. Namley, environment under the constraint of total factor comprehensive energy efficiency significantly below does not consider environmental constraints, suggests that the environment of excessive pollution caused losses to China's thermal power enterprise production efficiency; Sulfur dioxide and other environmental pollutants are the key factors influencing the energy efficiency, which increased the necessity of energy efficiency technology to investigate the micro enterprises.Secondly, from the point of thermoelectric enterprises, this paper analyses key production processes, decompose energy consumption by production spot and identify evaluation index of energy efficiency management performance based on energy efficiency management system; Then based on the sample of X thermoelectric enterprise, evaluation on energy efficiency management performance is carried out by trapezoidal fuzzy number similarity theory; At last, this paper discusses energy-conserved reconstruction technology,relevant problems and optimization suggestions of key equipment and process.
