| The Energy Efficiency in Residential Building is an activity which means making use of energy logically and effectively to assure the using function and the thermal environment in the room. By Useing the new materials in wall .Enforcing the standards of Energy Efficiency. Strengthening the management of equipments in constructions.Designing the Thermal technical performances of protecting structure logically.Improving the running efficiency of the heating, refrigeration, illumination, ventilation, feedwater, drainage pipeline system. And making use of renewable energy in the process of layout, design, constructing, and use.Nowadays, the research methods of Energy Efficiency in Dwelling House in our country are primary and unilateral. Emphasize particularly on heat preservation of the protecting structure, or on heat preservation of the door and window, or the running efficiency of a particular equipment. The idea of energy efficiency in the integral construction haven't been shaped. This would restrain the development of theory and technology in Energy Efficiency buildings. Therefore, this paper aims to evaluate and study the integral effect of The Energy Efficiency in Dwelling House, to urge the effect of Energy Efficiency reasonably. This paper studied the factors of energy consumption in the Dwelling House, then established an integral model of evaluating the effect of Energy Efficiency in Dwelling House. Because some informations of the model are clear, the other informations of the model are unclear. And there are lots of indexes in the model. This paper used the grey system theory to evaluate the final effect of the Energy Efficiency in Dwelling House. Lastly this paper used an example to show the feasibility of the whole methods. In the chapter of the example analysis ,this paper used DeST-h provided by the Tsinghua University to simulate the energy consumption .On the basis of that outcome ,grey system calculating software and the model of evaluating the effect of Energy Efficiency, we can get the final conclusion . |
