With the increasing power load of the power enterprises in China, especially during the day, the load is increasing rapidly, so the difference between the peak and the valley is more and more big. In order to alleviate the gap between supply and demand between the peaks and troughs of the power system, resulting in a pumped storage power station, which is an important guarantee for the power system peaking. With the developing tendency of the new energy, it is necessary to perform the asset life-cycle management. To explore the objective of asset life cycle management in the pumped storage power station, to propose the asset life cycle management evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the pumped storage power station power, therefore those can help construct the foundation of the asset life cycle asset management system of the pumped storage power station.This thesis focuses on the management assessment of the asset life-cycle of pumped storage power station, and the primary work and harvest are as follows. Firstly, the analysis work is carried out in the running means and asset management method of pumped storage power stations, and the basic thought and implementation strategy of the management on the asset life-cycle. Secondly, the management indexes system is designed and set up based on the analysis of the running method and the asset management theories of the pumped storage power station,including the program planning stage indexes, the purchasing construction stage indexes, the operational maintenance stage indexes and the retirement disposal stage indexes. Thirdly, according to the principles of analytic hierarchy process and the modeling procedures, the weight of the indexes for the assessment process are designed, and the detailed weight system based on the judging matrix, the weight vector W, and the general value sequencing of the weight indexes, are built up. Finally, the multi-layer fuzzy comprehending judge method is applied to the assessment on the pumped storage power station's asset life-cycle management. Meanwhile, a practical pumped storage power station is taken as an example to carry out the management follow assessment. The result shows that the assessment method set up in this thesis is effective. The defects and deficiencies in the evaluation results of the life cycle management of the pumped storage power station are put forward, which indicates the direction for the improvement of the asset life cycle management of the pumped storage power station in the future.The thesis work offers a reference for the assessment on asset life-cycle management of pumped storage power station.
