Research On Popularization Of Agricultural Water-saving Technology

With the increasingly tense water resources in China, it is inevitable to strengthen the popularization and application of agricultural water-saving technology for the future development through agricultural water-saving technology. It will be of important significance to help improve the utilization of water resources for the realization of scientific, efficient and safe modern agriculture. From the actual situation, there are more critically typical problems faced in the process of agricultural production to promote water-saving technology, such as low educational labor level,limited access to information, restrictive economic strength. If these problems cannot be solved effectively, it is deemed to affect the popularization efficiently. Therefore,the paper is decided to take T County as specific example to analyze in details the popularization status of agricultural water-saving technology and future strategies.This article will focus on the popularization of the current status of agricultural water-saving technology, the existing problems, impacting factors and future popularization recommendations. It is firstly to introduce farmers to adopt technology-related behavior theory, property rights theory based on the actual situation of T County, adopting questionnaires, qualitative analysis and other methods.By analyzing the factors impacted by farmers water-saving technology in T County, it has been found by the staff that the current land, farmers' age, economic status,financial situation, demonstrative efficiency and educational level of labors are the important factors to agricultural popularization. These factors must be fully investigated. The article, on the whole, is firstly analyzed theoretically, and then illustrated in specific cases, which will be able to impact the actual work.We will be able to get the following conclusions in this study: Firstly, from the viewpoint of the actual status, the current situation of agricultural water becomes increasingly tense, it is not high efficiency in agricultural water use, it is currently the most typical issue that agricultural water-saving technology cannot be promoted effectively; Secondly, after the analysis, it has been found that such factors as the quality of labors, information dissemination channels, the economic benefits, farmers' risks and others' demonstrations can affect water-saving agricultural technology;Thirdly, the incentives should be gradually improved to strengthen the farmers,technicians and water-saving manufacturers. It is also constantly improving the investment and financing systems and innovate participatory management models,and strengthen the protection of water resources; Fourthly, through adopting the measures above, agricultural water-saving in T County has efficiently improved. The tense situation of water resources has also effectively alleviated.
