Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy, and it is closely related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Since the founding of new China,agricultural development in China has experienced a period of recovery, stagnation and rapid development, especially since the abolition of agricultural taxes in 2006, the system has restricted the development of agriculture has been broken, the agricultural development has a new vitality. From the present situation, China's agriculture is in the direction of industrialization, informatization, mechanization and modernization, and in the rise of the network economy, e-commerce has become a new business model for many companies.Agricultural products production and processing enterprises and farmers or agricultural products sales enterprise is an important subject of agricultural products trade, agricultural products in the field of electronic commerce is an important change in the agricultural products trading mode, but also to the transformation of agricultural production mode to play an active role in promoting.From the current situation of China's agricultural products e-commerce development,is still in the initial stage, the electronic commerce concept is not strong, agricultural products business platform construction, agricultural product service follow-up is not in place, etc., to restrict the rapid development of agricultural e-commerce. This paper takes Jiangxi agricultural products e-commerce as the research object, analyzes the problems and factors that restrict the development of agricultural e-commerce in Jiangxi province from the analysis of e-commerce mode, e-commerce service and related problems in Jiangxi province. At the same time, the author in order to e-business mode innovation application in practice, Guixi City, Jiangxi Province, camellia oil industry as the research object, the mode of electronic business affairs of the industry were optimized, and to develop the development path, the purpose of which is to provide experience and reference for the distinctive industries as a breakthrough, to carry out electronic commerce pilot work.This article is divided into the following sections:The first chapter is the introduction part. The research background, significance,content and methods of this research are described in detail. The paper also gives a detailed summary of the relevant literature, which provides a theoretical support for this research,and illustrates the value of the research.The second chapter is the theoretical overview section. Focus on e-commerce,agricultural e-commerce, the concept, characteristics, elements, and other issues were analyzed, which provides a theoretical path for the following analysis.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of agricultural products in Jiangxi province. In this part, the basic mode, development status and development of agricultural products in Jiangxi province were analyzed, and some countermeasures andsuggestions were put forward to improve the level of e-commerce of agricultural products,The fourth chapter is the innovation analysis of the electronic commerce mode of Camellia industry in Guixi city. The reason for this part of the analysis, because I believe that the local government to promote the development of e-commerce, must be based on the characteristics of agricultural products as the basis of e-commerce, the establishment of targeted e-commerce model, in order to obtain a substantive breakthrough. This part is the Guixi City tea oil industry as the agricultural e-commerce breakthrough innovation, mode innovation of e-commerce proposed optimized countermeasure and the suggestion.The fifth part is the conclusion part. Focus on the results of this research, and put forward the prospect of research.
