The Enshi State Agricultural E-commerce Development Research

In the 21 st century, with the development of Internet industry and IOT industry, connection between e-commerce and other industries has become increasingly close. Meanwhile, e-commerce has been applied in people's daily life and become closely related with people's basic needs. On the one hand, it changes people's lifestyle and attitude towards life; on the other hand, it affects production activities and commodity circulation.In order to make sales of agricultural products stand out in the fierce market competition, we have to change the traditional agricultural business and sales model and combine the sales of agricultural products with e-commerce, thus reducing transaction costs and improving circulation efficiency. It is not only the inevitable requirement of agricultural industrialization and informatization, but also the common aspiration of people and the general trend of development.Based on the investment of current development of agricultural products in Enshi and theories about agricultural e-commerce, the thesis proposes the idea of promoting agricultural e-commerce in Enshi, which is divided into the following aspects:Firstly, the thesis grasps the current situation of agricultural e-commerce in Enshi by analyzing it from 4 aspects: participants, electronic trading market, process of electronic transaction, and information flow, logistics and capital flow.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the restraining factors of agricultural e-commerce in Enshi from the following aspects: infrastructure, platform construction for agricultural e-commerce, database construction for agricultural products, talents construction in agricultural e-commerce, and agricultural products industrialization.Finally, the thesis proposes a way to develop agricultural e-commerce in Enshi. Via strengthening the network infrastructure, logistics construction of agricultural products, promotion for agricultural e-commerce, and government support, the development of agricultural e-commerce in Enshi can be effectively promoted.
