With the changing environment, enterprise technological innovation faces increasing risk.Differentiation competitive strategy and the diversification of technology make R&D specific human capital more and more prominent. This paper, with high-tech enterprises as the research object, discusses the impact of R&D risk to the enterprise technological innovation performance, and takes R&D specific human capital as a mediating variable.Firstly, this paper defines the R&D risk on the basis of relevant theories, which will be divided into four factors: technological uncertainty, market uncertainty, competitive uncertainty and policy uncertainty. Then, through the analysis of existing research and theoretical deduction, the theoretical model of this paper is build and relevant hypotheses are put forward. Finally, using the method of questionnaire survey and data analysis, the model is verified, and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)R&D risk has a negative effect on the performance of enterprise technological innovation.Technological uncertainty, market uncertainty, competitive uncertainty and policy uncertainty are significantly negatively correlated with enterprise technological innovation.(2)R&D specific human capital has a partial intermediary role in the impact of R&D risk on the enterprise technological innovation.Technological uncertainty, market uncertainty, competitive uncertainty and policy uncertainty have a significant negative impact on R&D specific human capital.R&D specific human capital has a significant impact on enterprise technological innovation.
