Enterprises are facing more complex competition environment in the era of knowledge economy. With the economic globalization and high technology development trend, the enterprise can get its sustainable survival through innovation. Under this background, how to improve the innovation performance of enterprises has become a research focus of scholars at home and abroad.The thesis adopts the inductive and deductive method, qualitative and quantitative empirical research based on the organizational learning, enterprise human capital and innovation performance theory. From the perspective of organizational learning, the research analysis the relationship between organizational learning, human capital and innovation performance of enterprise deeply and systematically, using the method of Structural Equation Model( SEM) with the assist of software including SPSS and SmartPLS.On the basis of theoretical research, the empirical study builds up an integrated relationship model on organizational learning, human capital and enterprise innovation performance and puts forward a theoretical hypothesis that different kinds of human capital affects enterprise innovation performance. Through questionnaire investigation with the sample of 178 firms and by the method of structural equation model(SEM), it verifies the theoretical hypothesis mentioned above. The results show that the organizational learning and the human capital have significant positive influence on the enterprise innovation performance, while the human capital plays an intermediary role between the organizational learning and the enterprise innovation performance. Besides,the enterprise human capital follows a lifting mechanism of development from generality to specificity, the general human capital has positive effect on the specific human capital. The specific human capital has more outstanding positive effect on the enterprise innovation performance than that of the generality.
