This paper focus on industry development trend of "Made in China 2025" from a new perspective of exhibition, promotes the development of manufacturing products as a target, and studies the promotion effect under China’s New Normal. Based on the actual investigation, this paper puts forward 17 indexes which affect the promotion effect of machinery products, and adopting questionnaire to collect data. By using main component analysis method to determine the weight of each index and constructs the evaluation index system. Combining with case analysis, the promotion effect of machinery products was evaluated. The result shows that enterprises can obtain good effect through the exhibition to promote machinery products, which could help them to develop market and create value. In order to avoid the research conclusion in accordance with the actual situation, the evaluation result is verified by the method of in-depth interview with some business leaders. The conclusion can provide data support and decision-making basis to the government and enterprises which using the exhibition platform to promote machinery products in the right way.
