| China’s mobile communication industry exhibition started late,both in theory and practice are at a relatively lagging level.In terms of mobile communication exhibition effect evaluation,there are some problems such as single evaluation index,unclear primary and secondary,lack of progressiveness and lack of scientific evaluation model.Based on solving these problems,this paper carries out in-depth research,theoretically expands,extends and supplements the academic achievements of exhibition effect evaluation,practically constructs an applicable exhibition effect evaluation index system and evaluation model,and makes suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of exhibitions in the mobile communication industry.Using in-depth interview method and principal component analysis method,six evaluation dimensions-customer level,technology level,project level,brand level,industry level and exhibition hall level are extracted.Each dimension is measured by three indicators,with a total of 18 evaluation indicators;The analytic hierarchy process is used to weight the evaluation index system of exhibition effect in the mobile communication industry to clarify the importance of each dimension and each index.The results show that in the evaluation dimension,the weight ranking from high to low is customer level,project level,technology level,brand level,industry level and exhibition hall level,and the importance of customer level ranks first;Taking the world mobile conference as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the exhibition effect of the mobile communication industry,forming a complete method system including the index system and evaluation model.The results show that the evaluation level of the World Mobile Congress is "AA",that is,the exhibition effect has reached a high level,but there is still room for improvement and upgrading.According to the research conclusion,specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as always arranging exhibition matters based on customer needs,improving the efficiency and effect of project implementation by means of digital intelligence,and promoting scene immersion intelligent marketing. |
