Agricultural mechanization is an important material basis for agricultural modernization,and the realization of agricultural mechanization is also the premise for realizing agricultural modernization.Currently,China's agriculture has begun its transition from a labor-intensive to a technology-intensive development.The utilization efficiency and development direction of agricultural machinery.It also has gradually become a research hotspot for experts in the agricultural field and has become a key factor in the development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural modernization.At present,foreign agricultural machinery brands almost occupy the main link of field production,and domestic agricultural machinery industry urgently needs to improve product technology and manufacturing levels.The Sci-tech innovation capability of agricultural machinery embodies the development potential of China's agricultural machinery industry and the final level of China's agricultural mechanization development.Therefore,research on the Sci-tech innovation capability of agricultural machinery has important strategic and practical significance.First of all,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign related literature and data,focuses on the research and analysis of the impact factors about the Sci-tech innovation,and combines previous research results with the research needs of the thesis topic to determine the use of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the agricultural machinery Sci-tech innovation capability of Jilin Province.Secondly,this paper uses the method of AHP.the target layer is the Sci-tech innovation capability of agricultural machinery.The criteria layer is the Sci-tech innovation environment,the Sci-tech innovation capability,the output capability and the achievement transformation capability.We take 18 factors as the Indicator layer.Finally,this paper makes use of the DEMATEL method to revise the weight of the factors,and propose policy recommendations accordingly such as strengthen the special top-level design,carry out collaborative innovation of multiple entities,standardize the project review and project establishment,strengthen the supervision of the research and development process,play a role in the innovation alliance,support the transformation of Sci-tech achievements and so on.
