The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Muping District Of Yantai City

The problem of poverty is always accompanied by the development of human society.How to effectively help and eliminate poverty has always been the direction actively explored by countries around the world."Targeted poverty alleviation",as a more scientific and feasible way of poverty alleviation,has been widely concerned since it was proposed.Compared with extensive poverty alleviation,it is a poverty alleviation method that uses scientific and effective procedures to accurately identify,accurately assist,and accurately manage poverty alleviation targets for different poverty-stricken areas and different povertystricken households.Implementing targeted poverty alleviation can effectively solve the problem.However,the time for targeted poverty alleviation is very important,and new problems and new contradictions continue to emerge during the implementation process.Whether we can achieve accurate poverty alleviation work directly affects the people's longing for a better life,and it is related to whether a well-off society can be fully completed on time.This article takes the actual situation of targeted poverty alleviation work in Muping District,Yantai City,Shandong Province as an example,and studies the content of poverty alleviation standards,poverty alleviation targets,poverty alleviation funds,poverty alleviation methods and poverty alleviation aspects from a theoretical and empirical perspective,and innovatively accumulates based on the light index.A variety of socio-economic indicators,government transfer payments,poverty standards,poverty incidence and evaluation of poverty-stricken poverty alleviation effects of multiple main target indicators,through the analysis of this model.It is found that Muping District 's targeted poverty alleviation work has achieved significant results.Conduct a sample survey on the poor population in Muping District through questionnaires to understand the basic situation and subjective feelings of the poor population,and analyze the causes of poverty of the poor population.Finally,the comprehensive situation of targeted poverty alleviation work in Muping District,analysis of poverty alleviation performance evaluation models,and the causes of poverty among poor people are pointed out.During the operation of local targeted poverty alleviation,the efficiency of poverty alleviation was low,and poor households' awareness of poverty alleviation was not strong.The problems include inadequate work for poverty alleviation,lack of supervision and evaluation of poverty alleviation fund projects,limitations of local poverty alleviation policies,etc.Therefore,the article puts forward some practical countermeasures in terms of improving the efficiency of poverty alleviation,enhancing the morale and ability ofpoor households,strengthening the performance evaluation of poverty alleviation,making efficient use of poverty alleviation funds and introducing social forces.They will provide a certain reference to ensure that targeted poverty alleviation can play its due role.
