As an important form of corporate social responsibility, enterprise employee volunteering behavior is becoming more and more important in the construction of civil society. However, there is little relevant empirical research in the academic community about what kind of impact on the enterprise itself when carrying out voluntary service, and this paper attempts to discuss the issue of the enterprise employees. Through literature review, we explore the mechanism of the effect from enterprise employee voluntary behavior to job performance from the perspective of role enhancement, especially using psychological capital and behavioral flexibility as representative variable of two enhancements and inspecting the boundary condition of engendering role enhancement by organizational identification.According to the literature review of role enhancement theory, COR, social exchange theory and variables such as enterprise employee volunteering behavior, role enhancement, psychological capital, behavioral flexibility, organizational identification, job performance, etcetera, based on that this paper analyze the relationship between these variables and propose the hypothesis and research model. Getting 267 valid questionnaires through questionnaire survey, data analysis and hypothesis testing are conducted, specifically, including spss19.0 and Lisrel8.70 for test of reliability and validity, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The empirical results show that there is a significant positive correlation between enterprise employee volunteering behavior and job performance, and enterprise employee volunteering behavior plays a significant role in predicting psychological capital and behavioral flexibility;psychological capital and behavioral flexibility play a partial intermediary role between enterprise employee volunteering behavior and job performance; organizational identification has a significant positive effect on the relationship between enterprise employee volunteering behavior and psychological capital of employees, but not significantly related to the relationship between enterprise employee volunteering behavior and behavioral flexibility; In addition, the effect of demographic variables on the core variables of the study were also analyzed. According to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the theoretical contribution and practical suggestions, and further points out the shortcomings and future research directions.
