The Optimization Of A Comprehensive Nuclear Engineering Installation Enterprise's Project Process

With the globalization of markets, customer demand for personalized, technology updates faster and increasingly large scale enterprises such as the inevitable changes in the face of "the customer,competition, changes in" the main external environment, the traditional functions of the enterprise business processes its slow decision making,communication difficulties and cannot meet the response lag issues highly competitive market environment. Thus, a large number of traditional companies have embarked on seeking ways to enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises so as to change the status quo of corporate embarrassment road. Although process management theory and based on this theory of enterprise management mode are used, a comprehensive nuclear engineering installation enterprise is confronted with some problems of process management.In order to deal with the problem of N enterprise process optimization, the paper firstly sums up the relevant domestic and international process management theory and research literature which give us a lot of inspiration. Then, with the result of questionnaire survey,the problems and their deep reasons of the process management in N enterprises are analyzed, and solve these problems, the paper uses ECRS technique and some other process optimization methods to analyze and optimize the project process of N enterprise. Through the establishment of the evaluation system of the process optimization effect, the paper makes a quantitative comparative analysis on the process effect of N enterprise before and after process optimization, and confirms the effectiveness of the optimization scheme in this paper. Finally, some suggestions are provided for the effective implementation of the optimized process management.
