At the same time, employees are not only limited to the requirements of the job as well as wages, but more emphasis on their ability to get in the enterprise training and training, as well as the overall quality of the upgrade. Training is the best way to enhance the competitiveness of individuals, can make employees in the core competitiveness, special ability, basic business skills, language skills, comprehensive quality, and other aspects of the overall promotion.H company is a company with more than 8000 people, belonging to the international engineering company of a large state-owned energy group. Is an intellectual intensive, technology intensive, with the general contracting and project management contracting capacity of the state-owned backbone enterprises. However, in recent years, the global long-term maintenance of low oil prices, China's economy into the new normal, the background of the reform of state-owned enterprises, H company's internal and external economic conditions, the social environment has been a major change. Under the multiple effects, H company's overall development needs to be improved, and the overall quality level of the company's employees also need to be significantly improved. H company how to cultivate high-quality talents for the new economic development and corporate strategy, is the urgent task of human resources training in recent years.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background, significance, research ideas and research methods of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical overview, including the training theory, the application of training theory in today's enterprises, as well as domestic and foreign scholars on corporate training of the classic study. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of staff training in H company, mainly to the overall situation of H company introduction, the status quo of the development target of the company, human resources and staff training, some problems existing in the training process, and for a brief analysis to these problems. The fourth chapter is the improvement of H company training method, mainly is the design of H company staff training needs analysis, planning, implementation of the control, evaluation and overall training system construction. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, summarizes the research of this paper, and puts forward the suggestions of the H company.
