The key competition between the enterprise is the talent people in the market economy.it is far ranging received that talent people brings up the development and profits. So the human capital investment concerns the enterprise' fate.Training is the essential way and the essence of developing human capital.For different reasons,the work of staff training in our state-owned enterprises has been in a low level. It is of great significance to make a study on the training management of our state-owned enterprises for the effective development of human resources.The thesis carries on elaborating to the general theories of staff training in chapter 1, introducing several stages of staff training, different training modes, characteristics and principles of staff training, and development trend of contemporary staff training, etc.In chapter 2,at first, this thesis analyzes the training work of the state-owned enterprises of our country, points out the main problems in training management of our state-owned enterprises,such as not understanding the importance of staff training, weakness of train teachers,lacking evaluation of training effect,then carries on analysis to output reasons of these problems.In chapter 3,according to the difference problems in the training management of our state-owned enterprises,this thesis at first analyzes the internal and external environment ,then offers some suggestions about how to manage the training work of our state-owned enterprise.In the end, this thesis introduces and analyzes the training work of state-owned enterprise CP, points out some problems in the training work of CP and give some suggestions for CP how to improve staff training.It is hoped the proposed counter-measure for training management in state-owned enterprise will be of help to enterprise training management practice so that the enterprise human resource can face the challenge at the time of knowledge economy.
