Research On Staff Trainning In State-Owned Energy Enterprise Under New Normal

At present, China has entered a new normal cycle of economic development, state-owned enterprises, especially state-owned new energy industry is facing the pressure of competition and development crisis, we must enhance the enterprise staff training to promote independent innovation, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and product quality.China three new energy Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Three Gorges New Energy Company") as one of the first to enter the field of wind power of the central state-owned energy enterprises, has certain representativeness in energy technology development of the enterprise and staff training. This paper based on the theory of training effectiveness evaluation system, scientific theory and learning organization theory, through questionnaires, interviews, on the importance of staff training, enterprise training funds, training teachers, needs analysis, planning, training content, training form, evaluation of sampling survey, found that training consciousness is not strong enterprise training, insufficient funds, single form of training, training level is low, the course quality is not high, the lack of scientific training plan. The main reason is that employees with high stability, lack of competition consciousness, enterprising spirit and training lack of initiative; leading enterprise mobility, training of attention is not high; the training mechanism is not perfect, resulting in the lack of scientific training. From the future should enhance the sense of crisis and training consciousness, strengthen training incentives, optimize training system, improve training pertinence and training level, perfect training evaluation mechanism to promote the state-owned energy enterprise staff training.
