| Under the background of rapid informatization development, information has more and more far-reaching influence on international trade. As the Yangtze river delta is one of China’s areas with rapid informatization development and international trade development, therefore, study on the influence of Yangtze river delta’s informatization on its imports and exports is of great importance. Under this background, this article utilizes principal component analysis to measure Yangtze river delta’s informational level, and then establishes empirical research models to analyze the influence of informatization on its imports and exports. This thesis selects four dimensions:the application and penetration rate of information technology (Ui), information technology infrastructure investment (U2), construction of information talent (U3) and the level of information industrial development (U4) and uses principal component analysis to describe information level. And then this thesis utilizes index of informatization level(EC), cross national product(GDP) and fixed-assets investment(FI) to build empirical research models focusing on the influence of informatization on the imports and exports of Yangtze river delta region. The conclusions are as following. Firstly, during 2001-2014, informatization level of the Yangtze river delta has a promoting effect on the import and export, and the informatization level of the Yangtze river delta has greater influence on import than export. Secondly, the higher the informational level, the greater its informationazation’s effect on its international trade. Thirdly, Informatization level of Shanghai, Jiiangsu, zhejiang and Anhui provinces all has greater influence on import than export. |
