Research to the influential factors of housing security level can be further to provide theoretical basis for housing policy, at the same time, through the analysis of internal influence factors, find out the inner link, summing rules, the housing security policy formulation and implementation of a clear grasp.In this article, through the macroscopic Angle, through theoretical analysis and combined with practice, the method of the pan Yangtze river delta region of housing security level influence factors to do the research. First defines the research object, summarize and combed the related housing research results at home and abroad. Next to the development of China’s urban housing security has carried on the brief overview, and summary about the influence factor of housing security level theory.Finally the article will apply the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to pan Yangtze river delta region as an example for empirical study, and will improve the level of the housing of the Yangtze river delta region.The results showed that pan Yangtze river delta region housing security level comprehensive evaluation score there is a growing trend, around the obvious gap, in a leading position in Shanghai. Regression results show that pan Yangtze river delta region is the biggest factors affect the level of housing government supply ability. Residents demand on housing security level of the second important position, the impact on the housing security level not allow to ignore.
