21st century we are in an era of drastic changes, network technology is growing rapidly with industrial restructuring. "Public entrepreneurship and innovation" is already been the request of time? Internet has connected every individual and business enterprise, under this background, any traditional or emerging industries are difficult to facing the problem of iterative update of a consumer and worker, intergenerational communication problems between employees is difficult to avoid.The social developments to today young generation employees have been play an important role in nowadays China. they are gradually become the main force of the human resources market, for the employees of these generation, the traditional management methods are no longer applicable, how to effectively use the human resources, the Y generation young employees into the company, is all business managers' challenges.The enterprise culture is the core competitiveness of a corporate; also have very obvious signs of the times, to meet the requirements of the times, corporate culture also need to grow with the times in the present stage. In the seventy or 1980's the beginning of market reform and opening, the demands of the era is reform, opening up and adventure; in the 1990's, the features of the times is demand of service, quality; in the new century, enterprises need to internationalize, speed of innovation, there are many representative enterprises in different era, such as the recent domestic Huawei, Alibaba, and the international cooperate just like Coca Cola, apple, IBM. Nowadays thinking about what the new generation's needs are and what kind of enterprise culture will attract them is the main question to management team, and how to attain a common growth, sustainable development is also need to pay attention.This paper will start from the construction of enterprise culture, analysis the characteristics of young generation which leads the employee behavior; share the methods and skills of master the Y generation Employees. Help managers become employee performance growth mentor, enhance their overall performance. At present the knowledge economy has a rapid development, the Y generation employees becoming the core resources to competitive the advantage and sustainable developments, Y generation workers gradually become the main body of enterprise knowledge staff. Therefore, the Y generation staff management has become a new topic in the field of human resource management. How to effectively make use of human resources, increase the employee's output, and play the initiative of employees is to the extreme. Is the common challenge of all managers, and this paper tries to discuss and solve problems, will be presented to the reform process of the construction of enterprise culture of the new generation of employees, and tries to offer a Corporate culture construction program accordingly.
