Research On Evaluation System Of Scrap Bidding In C Company

Auctions and tender in today's economy are the most important methods of pricing and quantitative. So, companies need scientific and convenient results to guild their work. Bid evaluation is a crucial procedure for bidding, and the reasonable and scientific method is very important.To adapt to changes in the company's development, the economic environment and the regulatory environment, we need more scrap bid evaluation methods, not just with price scaling. However at present, the bid evaluation criteria is simple and single, so we need a new scientific and convenient bid evaluation system.First, this research started with literature. The paper researched bid theory and presented principles and process to establish bid evaluation criteria system. Besides, the paper analyzed several methods both for criteria selection and hierarchy formulation, and analyzed of several existing bid evaluation methods, which focused on the AHP evaluation method for the paper. Second, the paper analyzed the current situation of company C and the problems in it.This research focused on empirical analysis. The paper established a bid evaluation system and used AHP to construct evaluation system by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, verified the validity and feasibility of the bid evaluation method. At last, company management agreed to try the bid evaluation method. It laid the groundwork for subsequent research and extension.
