Application Research On The System Of Process Quality Evaluation Based On Fuzzy QFD-TOPSIS

In recent years, with the diversification of products, the saturation of market, the rising competition in manufacturing, the environment of enterprise is becoming harder and harder. In such a fierce competition situation, we urge to improve the quality of the product, meet demands of customer in time; these are key factors of manufacturing enterprise obtaining the survival and development. The evaluation of process quality is a kind of method for enterprise to identify weakness of production line as well. Each part of process quality in the production line is evaluated from six aspects of people, machine, material, method, environment and measure in detail.Therefore, this paper regards the lower process as the customer of the upper process. To ensure the regular production of the lower process, the upper process must be delivered right number of qualified materials or semi-finished products to accurate location in the correct time. Identifying customer requirements of different process and the influence factors of process quality, and building the house of process quality evaluation from two dimensions of service quality and product quality is needed. Then the concept that is demand of improvement is introduced into this paper to propose the quality evaluation method based on fuzzy QFD and fuzzy TOPSIS. This paper determines the comprehensive demand of process for improvement, the demand of influence factors for improvement by this method and the direction for improvement by contrast of the demand for improvement. Finally, this paper builds the process quality evaluation process model, organization model, quality house model of process quality evaluation and evaluation method, starting from the whole process of conducting process quality evaluation activity. These models make up the process quality evaluation system.To verify the feasibility and accuracy of process quality evaluation system, this paper takes three assembly production line as the research object, process quality evaluation system as the guidelines, builds evaluation team, conducts process quality assessment activities, searches for the direction of improvement. When the weak point was detected due to the delay of Material supply chain, we could improve process quality from two aspects of material supply and material delivery. Process quality evaluation system provides idea and reference for enterprises to conduct process quality evaluation activities in quantitative way.
