The problem of farmland circulation and farmers' income has always been a hot topic of concern to the government and academia.In recent years,China's economic development has entered a new stage,and the government is constantly exploring various forms of land transfer model innovation practices.The main manifestation of rural economic characteristics and social characteristics is the change of farmers' income structure.This paper analyzes the impact of farmland transfer on the income structure of farmers,and analyzes the effect of rural land transfer on farmers' income from the perspective of micro-income of farmers.First of all,this paper sorts out the theoretical basis of agricultural land circulation,including the theory of property rights,scale economy theory,land rent theory and institutional change theory and the definition of related concepts,in order to better clarify the problems related to farmland circulation and farmers' income.Secondly,this paper uses Citespace software to analyze the hot topics of agricultural land transfer and farmers' income by using keyword clustering scientific knowledge map.In addition,the research on farmland transfer,the influencing factors of farmers' income and the impact of farmland transfer on farmers' income The three aspects of factor research combed the relevant literature and discussed the logic of the impact of farmland transfer on farmers' income.Finally,this paper uses the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),a micro-farm household tracking survey data covering 25 provinces across the country,to accurately simulate the flow of rural households through the Logit model and the propensity value matching model(PSM).Per capita net income,per capita agricultural income,per capita non-agricultural income before circulation,and analyze the net promotion effect of farmland transferon farmers' income by comparing the changes of income before and after farmers transfer land,and then all farmers according to their cultural education level and central,The eastern and western regions are grouped to compare the net effect of farmland transfer on per capita net income,per capita agricultural income,and per capita non-agricultural income of farmer households.On this basis,the main results of farmland transfer to promote farmers' income increase The study concludes that this is conducive to enriching the relevant theoretical system of agricultural land transfer farmers' income effects,and proposes relevant countermeasures to promote agricultural efficiency,farmers' income and rural prosperity,and further improve the farmland transfer system,promote agriculture in a rational and orderly manner and also provides empirical support for government.
