The Study Of Improving Method And Application Of Lean Production Using On Compressor Assembly Line

With global economic integration for manufacturing enterprises,competition increasing is an inevitable trend.It's particularly critical parameters that productivity capability to evaluate company strength or not.Low productivity means high input and low output,labor costs and time costs rise sharply.Under the competition around the world,this is no good for any company.And high productivity can reducing manufacturing costs directly,reduce customer delivery,reduce inventory.This is a huge advantage for the enterprise.This thesis uses lean manufacturing theory,combining the idiomatical of enterprises to show how to reduce the waste that can be avoided by manufacturing processes.Form a system of management and get the productivity improving.The object of this thesis' s study is a mechanical assembly enterprise.Major business is manufacture compressors.Parts are from suppliers,only assembly and inspection inside.Same problems would be found in assembly floor such as work arrangements are not reasonable,not average personnel strength,cycle time is not average,process complexity difference.Bottleneck takes much more time than any other station.Those entire problems affect the productivity of enterprises.In addition,after the modification on the existing production line several times,new processes for new products lead low productivity and bad line balance.To improve production efficiency,requiring employees to work outside high dexterity is not enough;a more effective method is complete production lines optimization through a rational theory.Main content of this thesis is improving productivity though lean production,improve the ability of existing lines,balance cycle time,reduce labor intensity,reduce delivery lead time,reduce manufacturing costs.And indirectly reduce inventory.It's very important to demonstrate the implementation to raise the hard power of the company by using application of lean in the compressor assembly line.
