Further more, under the background of the Internet technology revolution, merger and acquisition gradually rise for the purpose of patent technology, and the patent problems are also gradually revealed. Based on this situation, this paper will discuss the patent examination, evaluation, transfer of overseas mergers and acquisitions and integration issues by theoretical research and case analysis.First of all, on the basis of the existing literature, this paper will elaborate the function of patent technology are the enterprise core competitive ability, and the patent strategic value, as the theoretical background of the full text. Patent technology as intangible assets, in the era of knowledge economy become representatives of companies advanced technology level, and merger and acquisition is an effective technology integration way between businesses. The formation of the patent system promotes the technology innovation, and technological progress promotes the further development of globalization. Globalization means that companies must do global production and business, it will inevitably also promote the development of overseas mergers and acquisitions. Patent as forms of technology, also became the main content of overseas mergers and acquisitions.Then, this article will examine the process of overseas merger and acquisition patents involved in patent information, patent value evaluation, the circulation and integration and other related matters. According to the patent technology information, legal and economic information, this paper will discuss the patent prudential survey, and patent value evaluation on the basis of the investigation. Finally for the government and enterprises in Chinese, this paper will put forward some suggestions. This paper argues that, the enterprise shall strengthen the investigation before merger and acquisition evaluation, pay attention to the integration and subsequent use of patent analysis, attaches great importance to the patent value evaluation, and its effects on enterprise core competence.
