Studies On The Mechanism And Empirical Analysis For Producer Services Act On The Development Of Manufacturing

Producer services as the "engine" of current economic development, has achieved rapid evolution under the great influences of knowledge economy,information technology and social division thinning, it also become the fastest growing part and the most dynamic sector in the modern services economic system. The level of producer services determines the degree of manufacturing in a certain extent, analyzing the internal mechanism and the functional route of producer services act on manufacturing development is the inevitable requirement of economic transition, it can not only speed up the development of producer services, but also can promote our country to be a strong manufacturing country rather than a big one. Currently, there are plenty of studies about the relationship between producer services and manufacturing, but the studies about the internal mechanism and the functional route of producer services act on manufacturing development remains to be perfect.Therefore, on the basis of related prophase researches from international and domestic academics, refer to the specific situation of world economy and the typical areas domestic and overseas, this paper reviews the connotation and denotation of producer services, the present situation and existing problems of manufacturing and the relationship between producer services and manufacturing, besides, establish the conceptual model of producer services act on manufacturing. Based on the conceptual model, using the method of input and output, according to the China's input-output table from 2002 to 2010 to measure the influence coefficient of producer services on manufacturing and the response coefficient of manufacturing on producer services to analyze the pulling function and the promoting effect of producer services on manufacturing. Meanwhile, this paper discuss the internal mechanism and the functional path of producer services on manufacturing from different angles, just as the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, the allocation of resources, the production costs and so on. In the end, according to the current problems in the interactive between producer services and manufacturing, the paper summed up a number of targeted recommendations, in order to promote china's industrial restructuring and to speed up the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing.
