Study On The Innovation Of The Profit Model For Guo Kai Securities Company

In China's financial market, security companies are the very important part. Whether security companies develop healthily is related to the process of the reform of financial market in China. However, for a long time, changes in profitability of security companies show a significant positive correlation to fluctuations in stock market,which suggests that security companies are still largely "dependent on the weather". And there is no core competitiveness that can withstand external market risks. For security companies who are in the period of transition and adjustment, the key to seize the current opportunities and go out of growing pains is that change and innovate current profit mode.This study used single case method, which selected Guo Kai Security Company as an analysis object. Guo Kai security company is totally controlled by China Development Bank(CDB). It is the first security firms who build a mixed operation of bank and security on the real sense. The chosen case has a unique attribute and a pioneering practice. Although mainstream economists have some controversy on the mixed operation of bank and security, Guo Kai security company can rely on CDB shareholder background to gain many congenital advantage and achieve rapid development, such as, using strong financial strength of shareholders to enhance the competitiveness, developing bond business with high credit rating, achieving common development with CDB on synergistic effect.This study was carried out in the path of narrating theory, analyzing present situation, putting forward the problem and proposing to countermeasures. First of all, expounded core concepts and related theories related to this paper. Secondly, it introduced basic situation of Guo Kai Security Company. Analysed the status from the point of view of profitability, the main business and asset structure and pointed out the existing problems. Finally, this paper used putting forward to profit model innovation measures as the foothold.According to the existing problems of Guo Kai Security Company, this paper puts forward following countermeasures: In the business structure, company should concentrate on the development of bond business what has the lead advantage. And make it become the core competitiveness of the company. At the same time, company should balance other business development, expand the source of income, broaden the channels.In terms of risk management, the company should strengthen the management of market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, operational risk and internal control, to ensure that the level of risk control in a safe range. In the construction of supporting facilities, we should improve the corporate governance structure, the introduction of innovative talents. The company should take the market as the guidance, take the customer as the center, take the profit as the goal, take the war reform as the key point, adjust the corporate governance structure.
