The competition pattern of the securities market in our country is gradually changing from the competition of the monopoly to the pattern of the oligopoly; facing the challenge of domestic and foreign counterparts, and realizing the importance of talent, the securities co., LTD. should stimulate effectively the employees which is very necessary and more important. But there are some problems in terms of employee motivation about the securities industry of China,such as, the incentive deficiencies in long-term; the single form of motivation; paying more heavy material, and paying less spiritual excitation; making short-term incentive heavy,and making long-term incentive light. It has become a key limiting factors restricting the development of the securities company. Brokerage in China must suit for the patters which are fitted the requirements of the market competition, and the international standards of incentives.Under the background, first, the article studied the Incentive mechanism of ShenYin Wan Guo securities co., LTD. and on the current research of incentive mechanism and the related theory of incentive mechanism the article has stated the system elaboration; it has also made a good theoretical basis under the analysis of the development for later article; second,it has stated in detail the construction of shenyin wanguo salary system, the construction of the training system, the system of the performance examination, and the construction of enterprise culture, at the same time it has cleared the incentive mechanism of the construction situation of shenyin wanguo,, the problems existing in the construction of incentive mechanism from the pay system, training system, performance evaluation and enterprise culture construction is expounded once again, as well as, it has been clear about the industry incentive problems of the securities industry of the shenyin wanguo in the background of the construction of incentive mechanism,and on the basis,it has proposed the ideas and countermeasures and has solved the incentive mechanism of shenyin wanguo, depending on the category of the employees for the solutio n of the problem.
