Key employees hold the core technology,innovation and rich management experience,who are the carrier of the core competitiveness of enterprises.It is difficult for enterprises to find suitable substitutes in a short time if they lose their key employees.Even if they find an alternative,they have to pay more labor costs to match their substitutes with their original positions and can not guarantee their fast and efficient work.Therefore,in order to gain the upper hand in fierce competition,enterprises must attach great importance to their key employees and effectively motivate them to efficiently convert their core competencies into productive forces.In order to protect the development needs of WX companies,WX must start with the enthusiasm of key employees,which requires WX Company to make more effective changes to the motivation of key employees.Therefore,this paper firstly summarizes some theories and models of motivation,reviews relevant research results and the research models used,and then analyzes the existing development of WX company through empirical research methods and explores the existence of the core staff motivation problems,analysis of the company's core staff motivation status and demand focus;Finally,the company's core staff incentives to determine the basic principles,and put forward the corresponding incentive measures.Provide powerful talent protection for WX's future strategy of setting up scenery,and provide references for other similar manufacturing companies and enterprises in China so as to perfect the system of incentive mechanism for key employees.
