Research Of A Unit Based On Project Quality Management Principle

With the construction projects of investment in fixed assets increased year by year, gradually expand the scale of assets, the original equipment management of A unit has been unable to meet the needs of rapid growth of fixed asset investment and construction management and equipment management, there is an urgent need to establish a new set of the whole life management system of equipment. The whole life management of equipment is a complex systematic project, how to manage the project quality, qualified standard is the focus and difficulty in the whole project management under the precondition of satisfying the quality, investment and rate of progress.This paper firstly describes the basic situation of A unit at present equipment management, the problems are analyzed in the whole life management of equipment, And the existing problems of 29 major categories were further explored. Secondly, combined with theoretical knowledge of project management, quality management and equipment management and actual situation of A units,the four subsystems of the system frame, such as target management, organization system, process management and information management, reconstruct the new equipment quality management system.Finally, the research on the whole life management of the equipment is carried out. the whole life management of the equipment is divided into four stages, such as equipment approval stage management, equipment implementation stage management, equipment use stage management and equipment scrap stage management. And aiming at the existing problems, the quality management strategy of the whole life management is put forward, the quality management thinking of the whole life cycle of the whole life cycle is put forward from the aspects of quality training and cultural construction, quality evaluation of equipment management and the application of the information technology. This paper uses the project management theory to study the project operation management, and further extends the extension of project management. At the same time, through the research of the equipment quality management of A unit, we perfect the ability of the equipment entire life management of A unit, and promote the the equipment management level of A unit.
