As the oldest son of the People’ s Republic of China,the DQ corporation is composed of six of the 156 key construction projects which were aided by the former Soviet Union during the “First Five-year-plan” period. It is the backbone of Chinese national industry, but it falls into the bottlenecks in these years and the talent loss problems deliver a major blow to the company in a way.The author embarks upon the actual situation of the DQ corporation and researchs on the phenomenon of the talent management. It analyzes the causes of the talent loss of DQ corporation from three aspects: external, internal and staff.The solution is put forward for every reason as well. This paper expounds the background and significance of the research. It starts with the current situation of the company’s talent management,and the present situation of talent management is summarized through the analysis of the quantity and quality structure; This paper summarizes the reasons for the loss talent in DQ corporation from three aspects: the external, internal and staff through the analysis of the negative impact of the loss of talents in the past few years: from the external point of view,the international sub loan crisis and slowing domestic economy; from the internal point of view, the recruitment seeks the “data”, which lacks of the pertinence;from the staff’s point of view, the corporation can’t meet employees ’ own needs to self-realize and other thirteen reasons. This paper put forward the solutions to each problem as well. At the same time, in order to guarantee the implementation and effect of the solution, the author has made four steps to implement the plan:to further improve and unify the thinking of talents from an overall and development perspective; to strengthen the organization and leadership of the talents effectively; to formulate medium and long term talent team construction plan scientifically; to increase the financial support for the work of the talents.In this paper, the author hopes that the solutions to the problem can play a certain role to its talent loss problem by improving the talent management of DQ corporation.
