Research On The Path Of The Interactive Development Between Urbanization And Agriculture Modernization In Guizhou Province

As an issue of social and economic development, the interactive development between urbanization and agricultural modernization has already caused high attention and concern. The key point of realizing socialist modernization is to establish a sound integration of the “Two-izations” and follow the road which promotes the development of urbanization and agricultural modernization. Taking Guizhou, a southwestern inland province, as a starting point and based on a combination of theory and empirical methods,this thesis specifies a valid path for promoting an integration of the “Two-izations” in Guizhou, by exploring and analyzing the current situation and relationship of the interactive development between urbanization and agricultural modernization.At first, based on the related literature of urbanization and agriculture modernization at home and aboard, the thesis introduce the concrete conception and interaction theory. It shows that the level of the development urbanization has a great gap though the analysis of the development status and interactive development between the integration of urbanization and agriculture modernization. Secondly, an empirical test is done to analyze the relevant data of the urbanization and agriculture modernization between 2000 to 2014. It makes evaluation to the relationship of the interactive development between the integration of urbanization and agriculture modernization, in which shows that the agriculture modernization promotes the development of urbanization while the latter has a little pulling force to the former. Finally, the thesis puts forward the general idea of the selection of the path which is followed in the interactive development between agricultural modernization and urbanization.Meanwhile, it also hackles the concrete implementation way.The last part of this thesis is the conclusion of the full text. According to the problems existing in the interactive development between agricultural modernization and urbanization in Guizhou, two points need to be solved at present. On one hand, the Infrastructure construction should be enhanced. Agricultural productivity should be boosted. Farmers' income should be increased. At the same time, residential environment and living condition in countryside should be improved.On the other hand, agricultural modernization and urbanization will realize mutual promotion and common development by narrowing down the gap in the level of the development urbanization of different regions, implementing and guaranteeing the household registration of agricultural labor force migration and widening urbanization as the pulling force to agricultural modernization.
