In order to pander Global market, GM introduce project M125 as main compact type models, in its life cycle, M125 experiences has taken many engineering change to meet different requirement such as car appearance, latest technology and work loading.As Germany enterprise, M is in charge of intake manifold supplements to GM from German, Korea and China. In the initial 2011, SGM required incremental demand; M enterprise hopes to seize this chance to lead into core components B Company into supply chain as global strategy. Project M125 engineering change must avoid many risks sucha different regions, intake manifold design and assembling process. Moreover on the view of global strategy, thinking more aspects including cost and logistics.This thesis is taken AHP and Fuzzy evaluation method into risk assessment as mathematical model. Scientific, systematic and objectively summary the weight ratio of risk factors. Introducing risk control management, taking effective methods to avoid or prevent potential risks of the project. Finally, after carrying out risk management methods in project M125, parts of risk factors have been control or foreseen in advanced and ensure the project taken orderly. Hopefully it's helpful to enterprise as reference for project risk management in the future. |
