Along with the development of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, the market demand on high value added and customized products are growing. Solution Provider, tailored for such market demand, grow rapidly. Many of these enterprises have problems on(i) how to efficiently assess projects' priority;(ii) how to efficiently allocate and share corporate resources(i.e. fund, time and etc.), especially the human resources, among projects. This article will discuss the methodology of efficiently allocation on human resources, the most important resources in enterprises, aims to maximize the utilization of existing resources, lower costs and improve profits.This article researches on allocation on human resources among multi- projects, crucial point in corporate management in Solution Provider. The sampled X company is a typical Solution Provider. The problems in management of multi-projects in X company are introduced and analyzed. And then on basis of domestic and international research theories and results, incorporating with management experiences in allocation of human resources, a solution as below was found to solve the problems in such problem solving enterprises like X company:(i) Firstly, design efficient systems to rate on projects, and classify human resources;(ii) Secondly, make efficient plans on human resources demands at different stages;(iii) Thirdly, find effective methods to minimize cost on human resources balance the interests and benefits of multiple projects and adjust human resources along with the changing of projects;(iv) Utilize the tools of project bonus and HR information sharing system, to better control each on-going project, know the status of HR allocation on each project, timely adjust HR allocation and eventually improve the utilization of HR.
