A Case Study Of The Entrepreneurial Process And Success Factors Of Warp Knitting Enterprises

At present,under the influence of the overall industry,China's warp knitting enterprises are rational thinking,determined to make progress,speeding up the pace of transformation and upgrading,and striving to find new economic growth points.However,the warp knitting industry in China has the characteristics of repeated investment and over-expanded.Since the 20th century,the warp knitting industry has witnessed rapid development,various non-governmental capitals have been rushing into mass action,they began to Rodeo,build factories,import a large amount of equipment,increase investment,even didn't carry out a full project feasibility assessment or preparation assessment before,failing to fully draw on the entrepreneurial process and success factors of successful warp knitting enterprises either.Enterprises that developed in this situation would eventually be eliminated because of the continuous dependence on low value-added processed products,weak brand awareness and weak awareness of business management.At present,there are only several articles focused on the of entrepreneurship in Chinese warp knitting enterprises.Therefore,the research on the process of entrepreneurship and the successful factors of warp knitting enterprises have a great significance to the entrepreneurship and development of warp knitting enterprises in our country.In this study,the development background and situation of warp knitting industry at home and abroad,the basic knowledge of entrepreneurship theory were introduced,which based on the warp knitting industry and relevant domestic and foreign related business literature.The entrepreneurial process is divided into three stages:The first stage is the pre-entrepreneurial stage.The first is the recognition of opportunities,the second is preparation and writing of business plans,and the third is mobilization of resources;The second stage is the stage of entrepreneurship.The first is the development and utilization of opportunities,the second is the creation of new organizations,and the third is the development of new businesses;The third stage is to enter the development stage of the enterprise,which in turn is the stage of the enterprise's growth,the maturity stage of the enterprise and the stable development stage of the enterprise;Finally,enterprises create social wealth.The elements of entrepreneurial success are analyzed from three aspects:entrepreneurial opportunity,entrepreneur and team and resource integration.This paper analyzes the entrepreneurial process of Qunying company and Changsheng company respectively,from which the common factors and problems existing in the entrepreneurial process are obtained.Finally,provide a viable theoretical basis and practical reference to help entrepreneurs who want to enter the field,and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship in the warp knitting industry.
