After the public resources have be put in, we must pay attention to the efficiency, that is, the quality and quantity of the output of public services must be taken into account. In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the internal and external environment, public sector performance is required inevitably. As the employee's directly psychological state of the work itself and its related aspects, job satisfaction has a direct impact on employee's productivity and loyalty for the organization. The incentive scheme, which is able to fundamentally improve employee job satisfaction, will determine the success or the failure.The study between the incentive scheme and the job satisfaction will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of the incentive scheme.This paper will focus on the study of the job satisfaction under the incentive scheme of the SW Research Office, which strives to find the intrinsic link between employee's incentive plan and employee's satisfaction and to help the organization to implement a more effective incentive scheme. This paper is divided into five sections. Section 1: Introduction of the paper's background, research value, structure, contents and method. Section 2: Review of domestic and overseas theory foundation regarding incentive scheme and analysis of the developing history and application. Section 3: Introduction of SW Research Office, analysis of the organization's intention and target to implement incentive scheme with detail description of their current practice. Section 4: Analysis on the employee's job satisfaction based on the current incentive policy by the data obtained through questionnaire research. Section 5: Summary on the research result and extending to further implication.Through the investigation and statistics, this paper has analyzed the related variables of the job satisfaction and incentive scheme of SW Research Office. To a certain extent, the intrinsic relationship has been revealed of the job satisfaction and incentive scheme. The conclusion will bring some enlightenment to other offices of the same type.
