With the development of mobile Internet communication technology progress, intelligent terminal penetration rises emerge in an endless stream, all kinds of mobile Internet application, changing people's way of life. Technological change has broken the traditional communication industry "voice service" business model ", which makes the data traffic rapid growth", data service gradually replace the language of business has become the future development trend of the telecom industry.In December 4, 2013 Chinese Ministry issued a 4G TDD license, China Mobile gained the opportunity, after six months of TD-LTE development, China Mobile 4G user growth of more than 10000000 households, more than 200 city network coverage. Then China Telecom and Chinese Unicom also get the FDD-LTE 4G trial network licence. This indicates the beginning of the three operators game competition. However, operating a strong market driven in flow, operators are faced with the challenge of traffic management transformation. Data shows, from 2009 to 2014, the number of global mobile traffic surged 20 times, while the income growth of only 2 times, the visible data flow increase, but the data business income increased gently; "how to create a flow of new business model?" becomes a difficult problem facing operators. In addition, We Chat, Skype OTT business emerging, not only a large number of shunt speech business, also prompted the value of communication industry pose a huge threat to the traditional telecom services.This paper carried out the research flow business strategy for SZM Mobile Corporation, using the theory of knowledge management strategy and the market management, has been clear about the connotation and content of strategic management, and further the strategic management theories and methods applied to the SZM Mobile Corporation's business strategy analysis on. This paper firstly analyzes the external environment of SZM Mobile Corporation, the application of PEST and Potter's five forces analysis model, elaborated the SZM Mobile Corporation is facing the external environment. Then, combined with the basic condition of SZM Mobile Corporation, on its internal resources and the existing problems were analyzed, using the SWOT analysis method of flow of management in Mobile Corporation SZM the advantages and disadvantages of the existing environment and the opportunities and threats. Then from the practical angle, put forward the management strategy of SZM Mobile Corporation based(short-term strategies and long-term strategy) expounds the measures for implementing the strategy. The paper finally points out that the implementation of SZM Mobile Corporation's management strategy, to make the flow of business marketing combination strategy(product strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy) and flow management mode transition strategy, to enhance the flow of business management ability and service level, to ensure the SZM Mobile Corporation to keep the advantage in the flow of business competition.
