How to solve the relationship between customers and enterprises, how to improve the level of customer relationship management, how to improve customer service level, is the company's management needs to be solved.CRM is widely used in the field of manufacturing, retail, financial services, telecommunications, etc.. Online shopping mall and some emerging and Internet is closely linked to the enterprises have become the first CRM beneficiaries.
