A Study On The Coordinated Development Of Tourism Industry In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei—Reference To The Experience Of Japanese Capital Region

Tourism industry is not only a "green industry" of high economic rate of return and smoke-free environmental protection and a "sunrise industry" of strength of correlation, acceleration,but also the emphatic swimmer to realize the coordinated development of industry in beijing-tianjin-hebei.There are tourism resources in Beijing-tianjin-hebei region richly,and they are not made full use of in the tourism industry,so it failed to achieve the effect of 1+1>2 on coordinated development of industry, it does cause the waste of tourism resources in beijing-tianjin-hebei region.This paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of the development of tourism industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, from the aspects of amount of tourists, the contribution rate of income of tourism industry, the tourism industry of the third industry and tourists consumption per capita, highway and railway density, tourism industry equilibrium income index and tourism income growth not coordinated index of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. In addition,the tourism cooperation's successful experience of Japanese capital region in the aspect of coordinated policy, coordinated regulation, transportation system, and travel association have a great influnence to the coordinated development of tourism industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.There are three difficulties of the coordinated development of tourism industry in Beijing-tianjin-hebei: First, the firm barrier in beijing-tianjin-hebei and for a long history; Second, the not prominent characteristic of tourism enterprises and less product innovation in Beijing-tianjin-hebei; Thirdly, the phenomenon of incomplete tourism market.The paper will apply the theory of evolutionary economics to analysis of the coordinated development of the tourism industry in beijing-tianjin-hebei and refer to the successful experience of the tourism industry in Japanese Capital Region.As a result we can put forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the coordinated development of tourism industry in beijing-tianjin-hebei, for example, to strengthen the top-level design and break the obstacles of mechanism,maintain the self-character of tourism enterprise and positive in innovation, to strengthen the construction of tourism market and earnestly implement the system of paid vacation, etc.
