Compensation management is an important part of enterprise human resources management, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable salary system can not only motivate employees in the maximum potential, and will directly affect the enterprise operation cost level. In the actual operation process, many enterprises because the salary system design is not reasonable, has seriously restricted the enterprise development and the benefit enhancement. PD aut trade group, as the state-owned enterprise reform and development of the listed group, in many aspects of human resource management are left with a strong color of state-owned enterprises. Explain through in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the group salary system and comprehensive salary system advantage, to achieve the perfect combination of theory and practice.First of all, the article reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the comprehensive salary system design and detailed comparison is made for the traditional compensation and total compensation, summarized the research mentality and the research importance, and reviews the relevant theories of the compensation, total compensation, for the following study laid a theoretical basis.Secondly, combined with the current situation of the development of the large automobile trade group, the existing status of human resour ces are analyzed, then point out the, focuses on analysis of the problems and contradictions that exist between the salary present situation and the development of the company, has provided the direction for the new salary system design of problems that ex ist in multiple aspects of human resources.Again, with comprehensive salary system design of the theoretical basis and development process of enterprises should focus on solving problems, explain in detail the comprehensive salary system design of various elements and steps, for large automobile trade group salary system and lays the theoretical foundation and provide a realistic number according to the support.Finally, the through the effective combination of theory and practice, the final completion of the large automobile trade group of total compensation system structure design, and according to the actual situation of the company put forward the implementation of security measures of the new salary system, to ensure that the construction of salary system can effectively fall.
