Logistics companies flourish with the rapid development of logistics industry in China. However, in real operating practices, many companies often overlook the importance of the establishment of compensation system featuring in the lack of scientific basis for payment and great randomness. This will be a serious impediment to the benign circulation and development of the industry.Starting from the definition and function of compensation, this paper compares the comprehensive and traditional compensation management and introduces the present research situation and development direction at home and abroad. On the basis of multiple perspectives of G logistics company’s analyses of compensation system and its implementation, adhering to the problem-oriented method and learning from the designing concept of comprehensive compensation management system, G logistics company’s compensation management system is redesigned and therefore comprehensive compensation system scheme is formed. Comprehensive compensation system includes two aspects, namely, economic compensation and non-economic compensation. For the former one, post salary is standard with a certain bandwidth after considering the linear regression of internal post value and market value, featuring in the efficiency wage and employee’s performance closely linked, welfare divided into collective welfare and individual welfare, all of which fully embody the function of compensation incentive; for the latter one, non-economic compensation includes the payment based on employee’s working characteristics and working environment. Finally, evaluations will be made on the expected effects of the scheme.The main innovation of this paper is to solve the actual problem of company’s comprehensive compensation management, and at the same time some beneficial references have been made on the background of public institutions’funding enterprises to carry out the compensation system reform where market plays a crucial role.
