Small and medium enterprises account for 99% shares in the enterprises of industrial and commercial registration and impact on Chinese economic developmental situation. In the meanwhile, small and medium enterprises play the important role in meeting the diverse needs of people, entrepreneurship, technological innovation, participation in professional collaboration. In the Internet era, network marketing as a new marketing tool has played a pivotal role in the process of enterprise development. Small and medium enterprises become the active practitioners of Internet marketing. However, the current employees of small micro-source e-commerce business are more complex, especially most employees do not have a clear understanding and accurate controlling for the operational aspects of e-commerce, and they are lack of awareness and knowledge of the industry. It would affect the business development of e-commerce, the growth of small and micro enterprises and employees of personal growth in this condition, which caused the difficulty of recruiting people and the phenomenon of brain drainThesis is based on the relevant fields of references, to begin with the staff training theoretical analysis, and then summed up the human capital theory, the theory of training needs, staff training and other training evaluation theories, which laid the theoretical foundation for further study. Then defining the conception of small and micro enterprises, to determine the main factors which influencing on e-commerce-type small and micro enterprises in staff training, to build employee training system provides the operational basis by Spss statistical analysis of principal component analysis. According to the theory and training on a combination of corporation status quo, we established the principles and designed ideas of establishing staff training system. On the basis of the main factors in staff training, the establishment of e-commerce type of small and micro enterprises to optimize employee training system. From corporation strategy and performance, corporation training process, staff attitudes, work skills, quality requirements and training characteristics of a plurality of angles, at the company's original training system built on a major organizational system from staff training, staff training terms of process system, curriculum staff training and staff training support system construction and other research and exposition. Finally, the actual implementation by JN Ltd. staff training on the newly constructed training system were validated before and after the implementation of the training system JN Ltd. carried out a comparative research and the use of regression analysis to determine the system to achieve good corporate applications results.This article discusses the main factors affecting the depth of e-commerce-type small and micro enterprises in staff training, and as a basis to establish a detailed staff training system, the e-commerce type of small and micro businesses less experienced status of research for staff training, and through the actual situation of the enterprise application to verify the validity.
