A Research Of Development Strategy Of External Capital Utilization In Huaibei City

Huaibei is a coal resource-based city located in the northern Anhui Province.It has now developed to form a good development trend led by coal and the food and textile industries following.However,facing the global industrial transfer and re-position,the rise of central China and opportunities in development of the extensive Yantze River Delta,Huaibei city should take the initiative to readjust the industrial structure and position itself scientifically and speed investment up,and finally seize the new opportunities brought by the changes of the external environment.External capital utilization is an important measure to speed local economic development up and improve the technological level using the external funds and resources.In this paper,we analyze the economic development in Huaibei at first,then we study deep in the characters,strengths and weaknesses of the economic development in Huaibei by regional economic theory and strategic management theory,after that we reveal the close relation among the factors of its development by SWOT analysis and level analysis.Finally we not only make a plan for developing the advantage of economic structure and projecting the function of each economic developing zone scientifically but also make the development strategy of external capital utilization.
