Research On Industrial Vulnerability Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Jiangsu Province

At present, Jiangsu is in the middle and late stage of industrialization, the size of consumption goods industry and capital goods industry are almost the same. From the aspect of theoretical analysis,Jiangsu should vigorously develop capital and technology intensive industry in order to accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure. Because equipment manufacturing industry is the first big industry in Jiangsu and Jiangsu has always been important bases in equipment manufacturing industry in China,therefore,its sustainable development is directly related to the sustainable and healthy development of Jiangsu national economy and industrial economy. Now,Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry has made great development and formed a system with a certain scale and comprehensive strength,but it still face severe challenges.This paper analyses industrial vulnerability problems of Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry from two aspects like characteristic of Jiangsu economy and equipment manufacturing industry and think this industry vulnerability is a risk status agglomerated by the whole industry and when external environment changes, the stable state destroyed, response ability inadequate. On the basis of definition, we build vulnerability evaluation index system from perspective of innovation,structure, governmental function and industrial culture, and use cloud model to evaluate the overall industrial vulnerability in Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry because of the objective,scientific and concrete characteristics of cloud model. Then calculate the industry fragility index of each sub-industry to evaluate each sub-industry.At last this paper comes to conclusions that,(1)the vulnerability of innovation, structure,governmental function and industrial culture in Jiangsu equipment manufacturing industry are all big,among them, vulnerability of rationality of industrial structure, degree of industrial control,governmental function and industrial culture are particularly outstanding.(2)industrial structure's optimization and governmental function's effective play and the increasing attention of industrial culture will help solve the problem of industrial vulnerability.
