Research On The Relation Between Intellectual Capital, Dynamic Capability And Ambidexterity Innovative—Take Competitive Environment As Moderator

With the approach of financial crisis,most of the enterprises facing tremendous opportunities and challenges in China. Dynamically changing external environment requires the majority of Chinese enterprises should be able to successfully implement the intellectual, capital-intensive enterprises transition from labor-intensive enterprises, but also to maintain the existing advantages, to meet the increasingly complex and competitive environment. In this case, technological innovation has become an important means to adapt to the changing environment, the birth of a competitive advantage, however, there is only limited study have been on the intellectual capital and dynamic capability, as well as the relevant variables(such as environmental dynamics, environment competitiveness) was taken as moderator, the scholars have not done the research competition and so on. Therefore, this paper referred to two important variables by dual interaction mechanism and innovative paths and competitive environment in which the regulation of conduct more in-depth research, innovation to improve enterprise performance dual level, with some guidance on it.This paper fully draw on relevant research results at home and abroad, deeply study the relationship between intellectual capital and dynamic capability and dual innovation, competition between the environment, building a conceptual model of the relationship between these variables and the corresponding research hypotheses. Based on questionnaires of 316 respondents were collected data using SPSS 22.0 software for conceptual model and research hypotheses empirical test. The study shows: intellectual capital has significant correlationship with exploratory and exploitative innovation, dynamic capability has significant correlationship with exploratory and exploitative innovation. intellectual capital and dynamic capability has a significant positive impact on the exploratory and exploitative innovation. Competitive environment has a positive regulating effect for intellectual capital,dynamic capability and ambidexterity innovative.In this study, intellectual capital, dynamic capabilities, dual innovation and competition environment in a framework of research, enrich the research in antecedents of dual innovation at the same time, also from the intellectual capital and the ability of dynamic interactions and dual innovation balance complementary suggestions for promoting the innovation of enterprise production, for certain guiding significance to enhance the innovation capability of enterprises.
