The Influence Of Dynamic Capability On Ambidexterity Innovation Of Enterprises

This paper studies the effect of dynamic capability and it's dimensions to ambidexterity innovation with the moderating effect of dynamic environment.By using the Hierarchical Regression,the research found that dynamic capability and it's all dimensions have significant positive effect on exploratory innovation,The capability of holding opportunity and integration have the same effect on exploitation innovation,but the capability of opportunity identification do not have significant effect.Technological dynamics?dynamical demand and dynamic policy positively regulate the relationship of dynamic capability and exploratory innovation.But technological dynamics?dynamical demand negatively regulate the relationship of dynamic capability and exploitation innovationAccroding to the Interpretative Structural Modeling,in oeder to gain long-term competitive advantages,The cultivation of enterprise dynamic capability and the development of dual innovation activities is a complex system with 6 layer structure.The smooth development of dual innovation activities is the direct influence factors of micro enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantage.Dynamic capability is a driving factor to gain long-term competitive advantage.The moderating effect of environmental dynamism is to stimulate enterprises to carry out organizational change by affecting the power of strategic change within the organization.This study sought to innovate in theory,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to help enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantage from the cultivation of dynamic capabilities and dual innovation,and strive to provide a solid theoretical basis for the guidance of strategic management and innovation management practice.
